This intergenerational learning continues to bridge the gap between generations by fostering meaningful interactions and knowledge-sharing between seniors and younger generations. Included, is some online immersive learning field trip experiences to connect learners with cultural events and rituals.

The drive behind this initiative

Many students, individuals and communities face barriers to learning that is culturally embedded and built on the intergenerational knowledge and experience from within their communities. Falelalaga seeks to address this by providing cultural learning opportunities, resources and events that are inclusive and accessible to individuals of all ages, and socioeconomic groups.
